Clinical psychologist, integrated mind-body approach

In-person or online consultations for chronic stress, anxiety, and stress-related symptoms, grounded in mindfulness-informed approaches that support mind–body balance

I am a Clinical Psychologist working within the field of mind–body health, with a focus on emotional regulation and eating-related patterns shaped by chronic stress and body image difficulties.
My work is addressed to adults and young adults experiencing acute or persistent stress, anxiety, mental and emotional fatigue, as well as maladaptive patterns in their relationship with the body and with food.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based models from clinical and health psychology, integrating self-regulation tools, mindfulness-informed practices, and a mind–body perspective that also draws on Eastern medical traditions—such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) —as interpretative frameworks for understanding psychophysiological processes.
Adults and young adults experiencing mild eating-related difficulties or eating disorders in remission (such as Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or orthorexic patterns).
Body image difficulties
Emotional eating and difficulty self-regulating. Difficulty adhering to nutritional protocols.
Physiological changes related to stress and dysfunctional eating: chronic stress, chronic fatigue, brain fog, persistent anxiety, psychosomatic manifestations (gastrointestinal disorders, etc.)
Feeling of overload and burnout
A mind-body psychological approach designed to promote a functional balance between mind, emotions, and body. I integrate a careful analysis of eating habits and the "areas of one's life," considering their role in emotional stability, energy, and cognitive functioning.
KEY AREAS OF MY WORK:
→ Stress and the nervous system
Developing awareness of one's stress response patterns and promoting psychophysiological self-regulation processes.
→ Relationship with the body and with food
Exploring the connection between emotions, body signals, mental patterns, and eating behaviors.
→ Psychosomatic processes
Pay attention to your body's signals and somatic manifestations associated with stress, anxiety, and a significant void in one or more areas of your life.
→ Emotional regulation
Psychological strategies aimed at understanding and modulating emotional responses.
The path to health begins with a different way of relating to yourself.
