My work

Each program is personalized, built around your individual history, needs, and goals. The work includes an integrated analysis of your eating habits and your "Life Areas," considering their impact on maintaining emotional balance, psychophysical energy, and cognitive functioning, addressing areas that are experiencing significant gaps or imbalances.

The work is aimed at promoting:

  • emotional and body awareness

  • stress regulation

  • strengthening internal resources

  • a more balanced and functional relationship with the body and with food

 

The goal is not to “correct” the person, but to promote a process that improves the coordination between emotional experience, bodily responses, and behaviors, leading to significant, stable, and lasting changes.
